Veterinary technician Amber Craddock is the middle child of five kids born and raised in Southern California. She has always had an enormous love of animals from the smallest bug to the largest whale. Growing up, Amber brought home many, many “stray” animals and thankfully had a family who was accepting of her menagerie of pets. She attended college at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona; thereafter, she transplanted herself to Washington State in 2000. That is where her veterinary career began. After working in a small general practice for three years, she decided that emergency and critical care was her calling. She has been a Veterinary emergency/ICU nurse since then and absolutely loves it! Amber just recently moved to Colorado with her three cats and one “three legged” dog, to be close to her brother and sister-in-law and is enjoying the weather, scenery, and culture. She is truly honored to be able to work at Alpenglow in such a great community, and with people who are just as passionate about their work as she is!
