Chelsea Murray developed a love for animals at a very early age from rescuing grubs and horned lizards from her grandmother’s garden to frogs and spiders while camping. After traveling all along the east coast, Chelsea’s family moved to Colorado when she was 11. She settled down in Lafayette where she soon talked her parents into letting her keep chickens, ducks, two geese that they called George and Gracie, a turkey named Buck and numerous dogs, cats and parrots. Since then, she has limited her “family” to two cats, Salem and Buddha, and three birds, Duncan, Double E and Pimento. Besides working with all the great doctors and clients at Alpenglow, Chelsea also volunteers at the Colorado Therapy Riding Center.
