Heather Gaspar, veterinary technician, recently moved to Colorado and absolutely loves this area. She originally grew up in Hammond, Indiana where she lived most of her life. Heather moved to Colorado for a short time to complete her Veterinary Technician training and earn her Associate Degree at Bel-Rea Institute. Afterwards, she moved back to Indiana to complete a Bachelor in Veterinary Technology and an Associate in Animal Sciences. She worked at Purdue University in the Intensive Care Unit for three-and-a-half years and has a special interest in emergency and critical care. In her spare time, she likes being outdoors hiking, rafting, and camping. When she’s not outdoors, she can be found reading or playing with her two cats Isis and Magellan and watching Denver Broncos football games.
